Visit Hodsock Priory, near Blyth to see the snowdrops in the woods. I am informed that there will be food available either from the Woodland cafe by the campfire or from Spud Buddies near the entrance. They will be selling jacket potatoes with various fillings and hot drinks. There are benches and tables situated around the campfire. It is hoped that there will be a basic marquee where Hodsock snowdrops will be for sale.
Sir Andrew Buchanan will give an informative talk at 12 noon by the campfire.
We are advised to be prepared for all weathers and to wear good sensible strong footwear as, although the paths are reasonably flat there are areas which could become wet and muddy.
Cost £20 per person payable in full at the time of booking (Note This is non-returnable unless you provide a replacement).
Pick-up Points: 9.00am Lace Road, Beeston and 9.15am Derby Road, Bramcote (opposite swimming baths).
See Lucy at Open Meetings. See Snowdrops at Hodsock 2020 Booking Form for complete details.
