Groups

There are over 100 interest groups in Beeston u3a. A team of four Groups Coordinators support the smooth running of these groups and provide help and support to new and existing members. They also help with the setting up of new groups.

The Groups Coordinators are Brendan Breen, Susan Krause, Mary Steiner and Noel Kelly. If you have any queries relating to Beeston u3a’s interest groups please contact us at groups@beestonu3a.org.uk

The Groups Coordinators are always keen to hear about any ideas you have for setting up new groups. If you have any suggestions for a new group, please contact us using the above email address.

Joining a Group 

You need to be a member of the u3a to join any of our groups. Please see Membership New Member.

When you join you will be sent a Welcome Pack. This contains a document called “Beeston u3a Group Directory”. You can use this to apply to join any group you may be interested in.

We are also available at the monthly Open Meetings at Beeston Methodist Church.

Groups are run by Members for Members and we are continually adding to our interest groups.
